Gregg Davis - Senior Pastor
Gregg has served in pastoral ministry for 26 years in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. He began his service here at Salem First Church of the Nazarene in 2017. His passion and strategy for ministry has been developed from Matthew 28:19 and 1 Corinthians 9:22: We are called to follow Christ in making disciples by all possible means. Gregg received his Bachelor of Theology degree in 1993 and his Master of Church Management degree in 2004, both from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL. He was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 1996 by the Eastern Michigan District Assembly. He and Rachelle were married in 1992 and have three children, ages 19, 21, and 22.
Jerry Morris - Executive Pastor
Jerry has been the Executive Pastor at Salem First since July, 2006. Prior to SFN his ministry assignments included four years as a youth worker, and 22 years as senior pastor. He married his wife, Cathi, on a Father’s day in 1975. They have two sons and four grandsons.
Steve Bomar -
Steve Bomar has over twenty years of ministry experience that include leading worship, small groups, youth ministry, summer camps, church planting, university faculty, and significant time behind a coffee bar as a barista. He was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2007 and brings with him a Doctor of Worship Studies degree from the Robert Webber Institute for Worship Studies, a Master of Divinity from Fresno Pacific University's Biblical Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Point Loma Nazarene University. Steve is married to Anne and they have two boys at home.
Josh Geier - Youth Pastor email@example.com
Joshua is the Youth Pastor here at Salem First Church of the Nazarene. Prior to that Josh was a substitute teacher in local schools and spent his summers working at Canyonview Camp. Josh loves being goofy, doing fun activities with students, and watching God change students’ lives.
Rachelle Davis - Children's Ministry Director
Rachelle has been serving in ministry with her husband, Gregg, for the last 25 years. An elementary education graduate from Olivet Nazarene University, she has found her place with the children of the church. It is her desire to help lead them, love them, and develop a strong faith in their young lives. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and spending time with her three kids.

Beth Sorenson -
Connections and Community Resource Pastor
Beth grew up at Salem First and received her degree from Northwest Nazarene University. She served as a Children's Pastor in three other Nazarene churches in the Oregon Pacific Church of the Nazarene District, for over 19 years. She also works for the Marion County Elections Department. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and her two boys.
Bertie Miller - Office Administrator
Bertie grew up and attended schools in Stayton, St. Helens, and Portland Oregon. After graduating from Southern Oregon State College in Ashland, with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Bertie taught for a few years then co-owned a pizza parlor with her husband and worked for a variety of businesses in the administrative and customer services areas. From 1993-95, she and her family went on an adventure to Indonesia, where she taught kindergarten at Sekolah Pelita Harapan. She has worked at Salem Naz since 2002. Bertie has been married to Ron, her college sweetheart since 1973.

Ellen in the Early Childhood Director here at Salem First Church of the Nazarene and has been working with children at Salem First her home church of many years. Ellen loves getting to know young children and their families. It is always a joy for her to work with a wonderful team of volunteers and to find creative ways
to introduce children to Jesus.
