The Big Dig is a Bible reading program that started Jan 4, 2010, and continued all year through December 31st. Our goal was to have everyone in the HS group read (or listen to) the entire Bible. Each month we asked every student to sign up for one of three levels...the Gold Level (23 chapters per week which will cover the entire text for the month), the Silver Level (12 chapters per week), and the Bronze Level (7 chapters per week). 

In addition, we expected everyone to have a reading buddy. This is someone you were willing to check in with at least once a week (via Facebook, texting, email, phone call, or just a regular face-to-face conversation!!!) to see how the reading went for that week.

The Fabulous Bentley Brothers have put together some outstanding songs about some of the Old Testament books we are reading in the Big Dig. As we read through the different books, I'll add the videos here that apply to what we've read.
